THE PROGRAM

The goal of REBUILD62 is to liberate qualified homeowners from older, oversized, properties by providing critical services, resources and opportunities funded by the program. This paves the way to easily transition to a new and better way of life more suited to their current needs. Qualified Homeowners must be at least 62 years of age unless the property was inherited.

Some of the benefits of the program include a market value offer, no real estate commissions, paid closing costs and a complete transition program including; free packing, moving, tag sale, and relocation assistance both in state and out of state. Properties are purchased as-is, in any condition, with or without tenants. Through its one of a kind Grace Period Program homeowner’s can close when they want, receive money and live in the property for up to 6 months with no payments while they use their money to relocate stress free!

*Homeowners who have fallen behind with tax or mortgage payments and are facing foreclosure and/or if you turned to a reverse mortgage for help, it’s important to note this alone will not disqualify you from the program.
